These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Reverie. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Copyright & IP policy, which is part of these terms.
What Reverie is
Reverie is a platform for creating transformative fan fiction, original, AI-written reimaginings inspired by existing books, films, shows, and games. Reveries are works of fan creativity for entertainment only and are not official, authorized, or endorsed by any rights holder.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
Acceptable use
Don't use Reverie to break the law; to generate or publish hateful, harassing, sexually explicit material involving minors, or otherwise unlawful content; to infringe others' rights; to scrape or overload the service; or to attempt unauthorized access. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Your content
You own the premises and comments you write. Generated stories, narration, and cover art are produced by AI from your input; you may use and share your reveries, and you grant Reverie a license to host, display, and distribute the content you publish on the service. You're responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you publish.
Intellectual property of others
Franchises, characters, settings, and trademarks referenced in reveries belong to their respective rights holders and are used here only as the basis for commentary and transformative fan works. See our Copyright & IP policy for how we handle rights and takedown requests.
Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid plan in the future. Pricing and what each plan includes will be shown at the point of purchase, and payments would be handled by a third-party processor subject to its own terms.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, and AI-generated content may be inaccurate or unexpected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reverie is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by the 'last updated' date above.
