Sasuke would not look away from him. Sakura had her back to a support beam, breathing in careful counts, her medic's mind trying to file what she had seen and failing. Kakashi came forward slowly, one hand loose at his side, the visible eye steady.
"Naruto," Kakashi said. "Talk to me."
"I'm still me," Naruto said. His voice cracked on the last word, and for a heartbeat he was just the boy who ate too much ramen. Then something behind his eyes settled, older and heavier. "I promise I'm still me, Kakashi-sensei. But I heard things. Down there. The dragon showed me things."
Inside him, the presence stirred. Aragon did not speak in words so much as pressure, a golden weight against the walls of his heart. Burn it, the pressure said, when Naruto thought of the village that had let him starve, that had spat at him, that had trained children to die for old men's grudges. "End it how?" Sakura whispered.
Naruto looked at the red paste that had been Gato, at the villagers wandering dazed with borrowed axes still in their hands, and he understood that ending things was not clean. Ending things had a smell.
"By ruling it," he said quietly.
Sasuke's laugh was sharp and humorless. "You. Emperor."
"Not because I want a throne." Naruto met his eyes. "Because I've seen what happens when there isn't one. You want to kill your brother. Your whole life is one revenge. Sakura almost quit being a ninja today because she saw what being a ninja actually is. And Kakashi-sensei carries so many dead people he can't even look at me without seeing my dad." Kakashi flinched, and Naruto's voice gentled. "I'm not blaming you. Any of you. The system did that. I want to break the system."
"Systems don't break gently," Kakashi said. "You saw that. Right here. Empires are built on graves, Naruto. Every single one."
"Then I'll build mine on fewer graves than the alternative." Naruto's jaw tightened. "Do the math, Kakashi-sensei. You fought two wars. How many dead? How many more when the next one starts, and the next? The dragon showed me numbers. Whole countries. If I do nothing, they die anyway, slow, over years, and everyone shrugs because that's just how it is."
He lifted the sword. It did not thirst now. It waited.
"I can stop it. But I have to become something to do it. And I'm scared of what that something is."
That was the true confession, and it landed harder than any speech. The boy was afraid of himself.
Kakashi crossed the last few steps and, to everyone's surprise, dropped to one knee so his eye was level with Naruto's. "Then here is the only advice I have that's worth anything," he said. "Aragon wanted to burn the Leaf and you told him no. Hold onto that. The day you stop telling him no is the day you've lost, no matter how many wars you've won. An emperor who can still refuse his own power is a king. One who can't is a monster wearing a crown."
Naruto stared at him for a long moment. Then he nodded, once, and something in his chest unknotted.

The villagers of the Wave Country Village finally got their revenge and finally venting out their pent up rage and suppressed emotions that they bottled up for years and grinding up the body to a thin red paste making sure that every last trace of the man responsible for making their lives a living hell pay dearly even though he was already dead and his body was grinded up to a thin red paste and eventually the last remain bits of body was burned with fire even though they in some way they finally got their satisfaction of revenge and a sense of justice they were still unsatisfied. After the Thunder Dragon Warriors completed their mission of completely exterminating the enemy forces of bandits mercenaries and enemies shinobi All 385 of the Thunder Dragon Warriors disappeared in a golden and went straight to Naruto's sword and went into it as for Naruto still in his new body looking like a demigod of war with thick muscles throughout his entire body and wearing a futuristic primitive Suit of Power armor Naruto using his sword Holy Talon to summon 12 bags in all 12 of them contained gold silver and highly valuable jewelry that is worth a fortune in the shinobi world he gave 8 Bags to Wave Country Village as payment for the mission being fully complete and their village now had the money and resources Not only from what Naruto summoned but also Goto's Criminal empire fortune was given to Wave Country Village They were now extremely rich capable of buying resources they need to fix and rebuild their lives As for the remaining four bags of gold jewelry and silver they were given to Team Seven as payment for completing the Wave Country mission after everything was settled and everything was settling down Naruto reverted back to his 12 year old self but still having thick muscles throws entire body but no longer wearing a suit of power armor.
